a. Golf Course 2026 Rate Proposal

 

Staff has responded to the Golf Commission's request at the December 10, 2025 Commission meeting, to review and raise the current Golf Course fees and hold a special meeting to take action.

  1. Cerbat Cliffs Golf Course 2026 Rate review and recommendation to Council.  The Commission will review the golf course leadership team’s rate recommendations. There are three Rack Rates (Non-Resident Rates) to choose from with percentage discounts off of that for City of Kingman Residents, Seniors and Veterans. The Commission is asked to vote on one off those to recommend to City Council.-Discussion and possible action.
  2. Commission will review the golf course leadership team’s recommendations and vote on a percentage discount for Residents and Resident Senior’s and Veteran’s. The Commission is asked to vote on one option to recommend to City Council. Staff recommends a 10% discount.-Discussion and possible action.
  3. City Council has set the resident boundaries as anyone with a City of Kingman address. Staff recommends that Residents provide a Resident Card obtainable via our website once operational.-Discussion and possible action.

ANY PERSON INTERFERING WITH THE MEETING IN ANY WAY, OR ACTING RUDELY OR LOUDLY WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE MEETING AND WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO RETURN.
